Oysters Rockefeller- Island Creek oysters with pernod butter, spinach, and lemon

Devils on Horseback- armagnac dates with pancetta and spicy mango chutney

Burrata- roasted and marinated beets with cara cara oranges, chile and pistachio

Roast Cod- braised gigante beans, charred leeks and clams vinaigrette

Cabbage Au Poivre- braised and charred cabbage with pepper cream sauce and cognac

Sirloin Steak- grilled with arugula pesto and mushrooms bagna cauda

Dessert- key lime pavlova
